On January 29, 2014, we Lost a great man.Lord Piers Wedgwood

” Today marks the day we lost our great friend Lord Piers Wedgwood. There was no one more special than him.
After his heart attack in Birmingham in 2000, sitting in his hospital bed atUAB – The University of Alabama at Birmingham Piers vowed to make a difference, so he then shortly after gathered myself, Floyd Larkin and Robbie Robertson and his vision of The Lord Wedgwood Charity began.
Although Piers has left us, his spirit never leaves us and it’s in that spirit our Lord Wedgwood will move forward into the future.
God Bless you Piers! ” Frank Bromberg

” Its hard to believe that it has been three years since we celebrated Lord Wedgwood’s life. We have missed his friendship, fellowship and leadership dearly. I know he would be thrilled that the charity continues to flourish with the continued support of Wedgwood and the new partnership with ASMI and most importantly, we have saved more lives”
Floyd Larkin

” 10 months prior to his passing, Piers pulled me to the side and said, you make sure to get in touch with Michelle Westcott-Richards and she will help you continue this wonderful charity and continue to help save lives: Well Piers, you were correct my friend, Wedgwood has continued being the largest donor and your Legacy will live on” Lance Evans

Wedgwood Charity Along with ASMI and Champion Sports Medicine donate AED’s to three different schools on Aug 23 2017.  Moody High School, St. Clair County High School and Springville High School.
